Industrial and commercial facilities
Services are delivered based on agreed scope, schedule, and quotation.
2. Bookings & Payments
Prices are provided via quotation and may vary based on site inspection
All services must be booked in advance
Payment terms (full or part payment) will be communicated before service commencement
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate service information
Ensure access to the premises at the agreed time
Inform us of any hazards or special conditions on site
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 24-48 hours before service time
Late cancellations may attract a fee
5. Health & Safety
We use approved cleaning chemicals and trained staff.
However, Extreme Cleaning Services will not be liable for issues arising from:
Pre-existing property damage
Failure to disclose hazardous conditions
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for high quality service, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where otherwise required by Nigerian law.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
Unsafe conditions exist
There is abusive or unlawful behavior
Payment obligations are not met

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
